Le bengalow cocoa magnifique super design luxe ,les piscines tahiti et celle du grand toboggan principale,le personnel aimable,les voisins, l'ambiance avec les enfants dans l'espace football,le train qui transfére les vacanciers aux deux piscines, supérette pratique avec prix intéressant, l'espace game jeux pour enfants,les activités pour enfants et grand le calme,la sécurité, l'espace vert,la propreté
Les parkings de cocoa le soir des fois c'est compliqué de trouver une place,un seul stade non gazonné pour le football malgré qu'on était nombreux pour joué le football avec nos enfants et les autres,

Tout est très bien dans le camping sauf les animations qui sont très réduites et beaucoup moins conviviales et chaleureuses nous étions venus au Marjal et les happy hours étaient super ambiance convivialité au top aujourd hui bof bof et de plus il y en avait plusieurs fois par semaine je trouve que ça nous a déçu

Emplacement très grand pour garer en plus du cc la remorque est la voiture.
Devoir payer pour notre petit chien ainsi que la voiture en supplément,ce que je n'ai pas eu dans les autres campings.
Très belle emplacement pas très loin des sanitaires avec l'eau l'électricité et la vidange eau grise,que j'espère pouvoir avoir de nouveau l'année prochaine pour un séjour beaucoup plus long .
Rien ne nous a déplu sur cet emplacement.

Der "Sand" war nicht hilsreich. Beim Regen wäre der Platz ziemlich verschmutz gewesen.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich und professionell Die Waschhäuser groß, sauber und beheizt...super! Insgesamt ist mir persönlich der Campingplatz zu groß. 1 km bis zur Rezeption/Restaurant,/ Supermarkt? Aber das ist nur mein Empfinden.
Der Hundauslauf sieht nicht freundlich aus...könnte man was draus machen
Die Größe war sehr ausreichend. Wasser/Abwasser/Strom am Platz. Der Untergrund ist sehr feinkörnig und daher staubig. Man hört die Autobahn, aber noch im erträglichen Rahmen.

Wir waren 21.1.2025—8.2.25 bei ihnen auf dem Platz.Weder eine Einweisung noch Informationen haben wir erhalten. Über ACSI gebucht hieß es 293;25 noch zu zahlen.Bei Abreise verlangten sie 321.05 von uns.Es wäre noch Strom zu bezahlen.Eine Rechnung haben wir bis heute noch nicht erhalten, obwohl es hieß, wir bekämen sie per E Mail. Der schöne Pool und die gepflegte Anlage.

Der Stellplatz war groß genug und sauber eingerahmt von Pflanzen.

Freizeitangebot Einrichtung und Attraktionen Service an der Rezeption
Die Autobahn A7 ist laut zu hören Die Wochenendgäste sind in der Nacht sehr laut laut und undiszipliniert. Sanitäranlagen am Wochenende sehr schmutzig
Der Stellplatz ist sehr groß und biete Strom, Wasser und Abwasser. Die Lage der Anlage ist nicht so gut. Der Platz bietet aber während der Saison viele Attraktionen und Services. In der Nebensaison ist hier das Angebot stark eingeschränkt. Wer eigen dem Spa und Wellness anreist wird hier kein Highlight finden. Sogar das beheizte Schwimmbad kostet extra und darf nur mit Termin benutzt werden.

Das offene außen Pool war super. Immer fleißige Arbeiter unterwegs.
Schade, dass die Liegen zu früh weggeräumt wurden. Die Bar war hauptsächlich geschlossen und gerade zur Zeit, wo es am heißesten war konnte man nichts konsumieren. Eventuell einen Automaten aufstellen, wenn sich schon kein Personal auszahlt. Weiters könnte das Personal mehr zum konsumieren animieren und nicht nur mit dem Bademeister sprechen. Beim Pool, da saßen die Arbeiter (also es war immer nur einer) den ganzen Tag rum bei der geschlossenen Bar, spielten am Handy. Da hat nie wer kontrolliert. Die Blätter im Pool wurden von ihm nicht entfernt.
Toller Stellplatz ausreichend Platz für großen Wohnwagen mit großem Auto. Und man konnte sich noch bewegen. Einfach toll

Guests allowed to make antisocial noise late into the night. Motorbikes racing around the car park. Groups of teenagers making lots of noise very late. Nothing to do apart from the site itself. Nowhere to walk to. Extra charges for simple things like Padel which should be included.

Lovely campsite, lovely pools well stocked shop good size pitches although we could have been located in pitches nearer to to fellow American RVs rather than stuck on the end. Stayed a couple of extra nights over the weekend which was a night mare as lots of families were given pitches around us for the weekend, with loads of teenagers running riot until 2 in the morning which ruined our experience of this campsite ! If we had been in the pitches by the other RVs we wouldn’t have had this hassle
Although our stay was in October the weather was fantastic. But the pool bars weren’t open until later in the afternoon!!! They needed to be open at 10 as the pool was full of people! Opportunity missed! Try & keep the large motorhomes ie 8-12m together on the bigger pitches. Shuttle bus runs to the large cities need to run at weekends from 8am not just week days. Motorcycle hire would be a great idea or car hire from the camp ?
Were given a large pitch due to the length of our Motorhome but really needed to be away from the regular weekend permanent pitches as it was too noisy & roudy with teenagers shouting until 2 in the morning
Waste drainage pipes were the wrong side it would have been good to have one at either end of the pitch

Swimming pools are excellent and create that special resort feeling.
If you are not going to accept cash at the poolside bar, put up a clear sign rather than have customers queue only to discover cash is not accepted.

Las instalaciones son espectaculares, el personal no puede ser más amable, la animación buena ... Para los adultos un poco escasa pero con buenos profesionales... El bufet tiene la calidad top de un bufet todo muy limpio ... Los baños duchas y demás ... Cuidadas al detalle .. algunas con temática nos sorprendieron... Jajaja, en definitiva, para volver y recomendar... Gracias por esos días..
Cenamos el sábado día 14 con el show... En la terraza de la cafetería.... Una hora esperando.... Unos 20 minutos para q nos cogieran la comanda y más de 40 para servir la cena .... Mi recomendación sería q se contratará más personal para ciertos días de más afluencia, por lo q entendimos la situación.... Cierto es q fuimos compensados por ello amablemente, cosas q agradan ...... Todo un detalle.... También me gustaría recomendar q durante el show del sábado la parte central la gente de pie no deja ver bien a los q están en las mesas de la cafetería, por lo q estuviera mejor esa gente al late
Espectacular enorme, muy sitio y comodidad, nivelado y el asiento de tierra no es nada incomoda...
Los toldos.... No están bien... El mio no cerraba bien.... Y el de al lado tpc se cerró nunca durante los días por lo q teníamos una solana a la tarde jajajaja, se comentó a los operarios pero no llegaron a arreglarlo antes de mi salida.... Imagino q ya estarán arreglados ...
